Sign up

1. Open the signup page.
2. Enter your email, a password (min 8 characters), and your name.
3. We send a verification email — click the link to activate your account.

After verification you're redirected to a short profile step (date of birth, what you plan to use the platform for, etc.). All fields there are optional and you can skip them — they help us tailor the experience but they're not required to use the product.

Logging back in

Use the login page. Sessions last 7 days by default — you'll only see the login form again after that, or if you log out manually.

If you've enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you'll be asked for your 6-digit authenticator code (or a backup code) after your password.

Forgot your password?

From the login page click Forgot password. We email you a reset link valid for 30 minutes. Resetting your password signs you out of every active session for safety.

Updating your profile

Open your name at the bottom of the sidebar to reach the Profile page. From there you can:

• Edit your name and email, and the optional profile details (occupation, trading experience).
• Change your password — enter your current password, then the new one twice. Changing it signs out your other devices (your current session stays logged in).
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) — scan the QR code with any authenticator app, confirm a code, and save your one-time backup codes somewhere safe. You can disable it later with your password and a current code.
• Set your theme (light / dark / system) and other preferences.

Closing your account

Email us at support@januslab.in with the subject "Close account" from the email address tied to your account. We anonymise your trade history, delete your stored broker credentials, and confirm within one business day.
